We want you to love your rhode routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all products in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, items must be gently used or unopened to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original rhode box if possible and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
